ALUMNI SETUP WEEKEND ENROLLMENT

Join us for the Alumni Weekend!

As a former camper or staff Alumni, do you miss camp and wish you could gather together with your camp friends around the campfire one last time?

Well, now you can!

Introducing our 3rd annual Alumni Set-Up weekend!

When: June 14th-16th

What: A three-day, 18+ alumni weekend! This weekend will be a mix of play and volunteer work and 100% fun! We’ll spend part of the time setting up the campus for the coming season and the other part having a blast around the campfire, in the lake, and creating new memories with each other.

Cost: Your muscles, positive attitude, and go-getter spirit to get camp set up for the season. There are no other costs.

Accommodations
You are welcome to join just for the day, but if you would like to stay overnight you will be welcomed by new, state-of-the-art cedar cabins with electricity, screened windows, and 2 private bathrooms per cabin. Bunk with your friends, or make new friends. Bring your own bedding, including pillow.

Food
You can expect a wide variety of healthy and less healthy food options. Our meals are delicious, fresh, whole foods prepared by our on-site professional cooks. And yes, there will be s’mores and plenty of snacks!

WOMEN OF THE WEST END WEEKEND ENROLLMENT

Join us for the Women of the West End Weekend!

When: Friday, August 2nd-5th

What: A four-day, 21+ all women* getaway that includes your favorite camp activities (swimming, campfires, arts & crafts, archery, and lots more...)! It's your time to relax. Take part in a wide variety of activities or sit under a tree with a book. You make your own schedule. Bring your friends or make new ones. Whatever you decide, you'll leave feeling refreshed and alive.

Cost: West End House Girls Camp desires to be inclusive in our fee structure allowing you to select what best fits your budget.

Tier 1 and 2 more accurately account for true costs, including wear and tear and depreciation.

Tier 3 is our subsidized rate and does not reflect the true cost of operating.

No matter what payment tier you choose there’s no difference in your weekend experience!
