We're excited to welcome your camper to West End House Girls Camp! Follow these four simple steps to complete the enrollment process.

Step 1: Complete the Online Camper Enrollment Form

Begin by completing our online enrollment form using the button below. You'll create an account that allows you to manage your camper's registration, payments, and required forms all in one place.

Step 2: Select Your Session and Pay Your Deposit

Once you've created your account and completed the application, you'll select your preferred camp session(s) and proceed to checkout.

At checkout, you'll be asked to:

  • Pay a $100 deposit to secure your camper's enrollment.

  • Select your tuition tier (Tier 1, 2, or 3) using the coupon codes provided during registration, or select Campership and apply the designated campership coupon code if you're requesting additional financial assistance.

Step 3: Complete Your Tuition Payments

You can choose to pay your tuition in full or set up a payment plan. All payments are made online through your camper registration account.

If you are applying for campership: Our team will contact you with a link to a short form asking a few questions to help us determine the amount of financial assistance we can offer. Once your campership amount has been determined, we'll update your online account to reflect your adjusted tuition. You can then pay in full or arrange a payment plan.

All tuition payments must be completed before your camper arrives at camp.

Step 4: Complete Required Health Forms

Log in to your camper's online account to download Health Forms 1 and 2. Once completed, upload both forms directly to your camper's account.

These forms require a signature from a healthcare provider, so please plan ahead and have them completed and submitted by the end of June 1st.
